While our Preschool and Kindergarten classes are on Spring Break the rest of the center is having fun, fun, fun this week! We have been very busy with hiking at the conservation district, roller skating at Xtreme Wheels, pajama and movie day, and a trip to the Burpee Museum. Everyone is having a great Spring Break here at Little Blessings! Don't forget, summer vacation is just around the corner and we will have so much more planned for the whole summer! Registration for Summer Camp will begin April 1!!! There are also very few spaces left in our Preschool and Kindergarten programs for next year if you haven't signed up yet, time is running out!!!

Registration is OPEN!

Registration is now open for the 2012-2013 school year. We are currently accepting registration in our Preschool and Kindergarten classes as well as for our upcoming Summer Camp program. Classes are filling quickly so call for information and to reserve your spot now!

We are also accepting registration for Ready, Set, Learn! our summer enrichment program for children ages 4-6 years old. This program is designed to help enhance reading skills and prepare children for the next school year. This class meets Tue and Thur mornings for the month of June. Call for more information and pricing.

Registration opens March 1

Registration opens March 1 for the 2012-2013 school year. If you are interested in registering for Preschool or Kindergarten you may do so at this time. Please call for a tour and program information. At this time we will also begin taking registration for our School Age Summer Camp program.

Winter Weather Closings

Little Blessings 5K

Join us Saturday September 10 for our first annual 5K run/walk! Early registration will be taken at Little Blessings until September 6 or you may register the morning of the event. The race will begin promptly at 9:00am, registration will be taken until 8:30am. The cost of the event is $12 per adult, $6 per family with a $40 family max. Registration fees increase $5 on race day. Please contact us for registraton forms or if you have any questions.

BUTTER BRAID FUNDRAISER!

It's that time of year again everyone! Little Blessings is once again selling Butter Braid pastry for our annual fundraiser. Butter Braids will be on sale beginning Thursday April 14 and will continue to sell through Wednesday April 27. If you wish to purchase some of these delicious pastries and help Little Blessings raise money and the same time, please stop in anytime during the next to weeks to place your order. Butter Braids will then be delivered to the center for you to pick up on May 3.

REGISTRATION

Beginning March 1, 2011 we will be taking registration for Preschool and Kindergarten for the 2011/2012 school year. If you wish to register please stop in for more information or give us a call at (815)-923-2733.

EMERGENCY WEATHER CLOSING

ALL classes for WEDNESDAY Feb. 2, 2011 have been cancelled. Please check back for more information regarding severe weather closings. Once again, there will be NO daycare, Preschool, or Kindergarten on WEDNESDAY Feb. 2, 2011.

10 Year Anniversary Celebration

January 17-23, 2011, Little Blessings will be celebrating their 10 year anniversary. The week will be filled will silly dress up days, games and fun for our families. We would also like to invite everyone to an OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, Jan. 20 from 6-8pm. Please take this opportunity to come in and see what Little Blessings is all about, talk to the staff have some snacks, look around or just play some games.

During our anniversary week celebration, if you sign up for Preschool or Kindergarten for the 2011/2012 school year, we will waive your registration fee. Also, during this week only, if you register you child/ren for daycare we will waive the registration fee for the first child.

So please take some time to come in and look around, we are happy to answer any questions you might have and to give you a tour of the center.
